we are on the disney wish in march and we just found out that a couple of friends will also be on the same cruise as us! is there any chance that we can request The same restaurant schedule as well as sitting near them as well?

    Ahoy Michelle,

Thank you for coming to planDisney with your question. I am happy to work with you on linking your reservation to the reservation of guests in another stateroom on a Disney Cruise Line ship for dining.

In fact, linking dining with another traveling party while on a Disney Cruise Line sailing is something that my family has done often! It is a wonderful surprise when you find out that friends will be on the same sailing as you are. Dining is a fantastic way for the whole group to come together and catch up and chat about your day. This way, all of the separate parties can decide to spend as much or as little time together as they want to throughout the day, but you will always know that you are going to catch up over a delicious meal in the evening.

We actually linked our dining on the Disney Wish with a friend sailing in another stateroom on a cruise last year. We enjoyed meeting her each night at the amazing dining locations! I think my favorite might be Worlds of Marvel. For a Marvel fan like myself, there was so much entertainment - even a new story with some of my favorite Marvel characters!

You will need to let either your travel agent or Disney Cruise Line handle linking the dining requests. If both parties have used a travel agent, one of them should be able to do this for you. You could also call Disney Cruise Line for help with getting the reservations linked. When you do so, make sure to have the reservation number of all the groups in the party, and you should be good to go!

Recently, we linked our dining reservations with friends for a sailing on the Disney Dream in the fall. The travel agent linking our reservations asked for some simple additional information to do this, so we gave that to her and we are good to go! I recommend that you go ahead and ask your travel agent or Disney Cruise Line to link these reservations as soon as you can. That way this will be taken care of and you can plan the rest of your magical cruise!

I hope that this information was helpful for you, Michelle. Please feel free to sail on back with any further questions!
