I will be at Disney the week of May 8th. I have a reservation for Savi’s Workshop at 9:05 pm on May 13th but the park closes at 8:00 pm that day. Is that correct that we can have a reservation there after the park closes?

    Hi, there!

Or rather, "Bright Suns!" as they say on Batuu. I'm so excited to hear you'll soon be experiencing galactic adventures in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge!

I can sense the force is strong with you - you have chosen a wise path in booking a late-night reservation at Savi's Workshop. It is correct that you can have a reservation at this covert workshop in Black Spire Outpost after theme park closing. This is an excellent time to meet with the "Gatherers" who will guide you as you construct your personalized lightsaber. For one, you'll be less likely to be seen and interrogated by the First Order. Too, you won't need to worry about storing or carrying your new lightsaber for other adventures in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Once your lightsaber is masterfully assembled, you can take advantage of some incredible photo ops in what will feel like an empty theme park before heading back to your Disney Resort hotel.

While you're exploring Black Spire Outpost, be sure to stop by Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo to fuel up on galactic grub. The Endorian Fried Chicken Tip Yip at this Black Spire eatery is my little Padawan's most favorite meal in all of Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope this was helpful, Deana. I'm wishing you a force-filled Disney vacation!
