We are going to Disney in a week and while there my husband has tickets to a Braves spring game at ESPN complex. Will he be able to travel there by Disney provided transportation from any park and back after the game? We are not staying ar Disney.

I'm so excited for your husband. My boys and I are also taking in a game in a couple of weeks and I can't wait!

There are no buses that will take him from the parks to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. He will need to either find a taxi (there are generally some waiting at the front of each park) or take Uber. I used Uber on my last Walt Disney World trip and it was very easy to use and usually less expensive than a cab. Both choices will be under $10 for the trip, though.
