Hi! We are going to Disney in 1 week and I am adding passes to my husband’s I-phone but it’s saying there is an error. We have the latest version of IOS. Is there another way to add it.

    Hi Donna! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! The one-week countdown has begun! Is your heart fluttering anticipating The World's Most Magical Celebration 50 yEARS in the making? There is so much extra Magic around Walt Disney World Resort. At all four theme parks, look for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities. You can find everyone's favorite warm hug-loving snowman, Olaf, at EPCOT.

Gawrsh! Sounds like that naughty Stitch is messing with your devices. While I am no technical guru, I do have a few troubleshooting suggestions. So yes, your iPhone must be updated to iSO 14.4 or later, did that? Great! Also, make sure the My Disney Experience Mobile App is updated as well. I know last week I had to update mine to use a new feature. After both of these are updated, I am going to suggest you restart your phone and log back into your app.

If you are trying to link Theme Park Tickets, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes, "click on the "+" sign, and choose "Link Tickets & Passes." Currently, it appears the scan feature is not working, so you can manually enter the ID Code. If for any reason this does not solve your issue, you can call the Existing Tickets Help Center or utilize your chat feature either online or through the app. Wait times have been long, I suggest calling early or late in the day.

Alternatively, you can stop by any ticket booth located outside all theme parks or visit The Ticket Center at Disney Springs to receive a ticket card for park entry. A friendly reminder, both valid Theme Park Tickets, and Disney Park Pass Reservations are required prior to visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I am also encouraging you to set up a digital Disney MagicMobile Pass to add to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. Make sure to enable Bluetooth® Technology and set to "Express Mode" to eliminate having to unlock your device to gain park entry.

I am sending Pixie Dust wishes these steps will help troubleshoot your issues! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question. We are always here to help!

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
