    Disney wedding tips

Hi there Morgan, it's great to welcome you to planDisney!

I often tell folks that planning your Disney Wedding is like having the unique opportunity to be like a Disney Imagineer and create an experience for your guests that you get to choose from the locations to the food and decor with a team of Cast Members working for you to make all of that magic happen the way you want it! I had a Walt Disney World Resort wedding myself last year that got featured a few times by Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons and as a recent Disney Groom, here are a few tips before you say "I do" in Disney style:

    • Coming for an Open House event is something I highly recommend so that you can a chance to speak with the folks at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons in person and even get a feel for things in person; we paired ours with the opportunity to pick up our Cake Tasting kit at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for a very productive planning day!

I highly recommend choosing things that will make this memorable moment in your lives so uniquely Disney that you simply can't have anywhere else - from having Characters attend your reception, riding in a glass carriage, having a portrait session in the theme parks before they open to finishing off your day with fireworks with a private Dessert Party! You can even choose an Attraction Mix-In for your guests (we got to be among the first couples to have a our own VIP ride on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on their wedding day) and you should definitely take full advantage of including these experiences that you can only have here. I hope you have the greatest time putting together an event that you'll always remember every time you come back here!

Here's to planning the Best Day Ever to start off your Happily Ever After!
