    On the Disney website I read that the taxes and tips were included on the dining plan. But I thought they did away with that. Which is it?

    Here is a great resource for all of your Disney Dining Plan questions.

    In most cases, gratuities are no longer included. There are a few exceptions (dinner shows, for example) which are noted at the link that I provided.
