Hello there again, Michael!
Besides taking advantage of all of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, I love taking time during my vacation to take a leisurely stroll along
Disney’s BoardWalk. The Boardwalk offers some delicious dining options, unique merchandise shops, and fun nightlife.
I spoke with a friendly Cast Member, and they shared that you can take one of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel shuttle buses to Disney Springs, which leaves the Hotel entrance about every 20 minutes. When you arrive in Disney Springs, you’ll want to transfer to a bus to either
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. Please note that Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park is currently closed for refurbishment, but I recommend checking the website closer to your trip to see if it will be open in time for your vacation.
Alternatively, you can book your own private
Minnie Van Connected by Lyft to pick you up at the Hotel and take you directly to one of Disney's Water Parks. The Minnie Van is such a special treat with cartoons playing for little ones and your favorite Disney music playing over the radio.
You’ll be staying within walking distance of one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort table-service restaurants,
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop. This retro soda fountain makes me feel like I’m hanging out at a nifty New Jersey diner with their malted milkshakes and savory burgers.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
