    I am a Disney Visa Credit Card holder. One of the benefits is early booking at the food and wine festival (though the seats are limited and the phone waits are an issue). When will the schedule of events be released?

    Hi, Eugene! Thanks for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    You are talking my absolute favorite event at my very favorite Theme Park. I haven't missed the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in...well, I can't remember ever missing it! I have my favorites I must have every year (hello, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup), and I always look forward to checking out what's new on the menu.

    This year's festival runs September 25 - November 16. The special events schedule hasn't been released yet. It looks like those details were announced last year on July 16, with reservations opening to the public on July 31, while Chase Visa members could dial in a few days sooner.

    Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog this summer for announcements, and also keep checking epcotfoodfestival.com for more information. Another resource I rely on for news about the Epcot Food & Wine Festival is the Disney Food Blog. They'll have detailed menus, information about the special events, photos, and interviews with some of the people involved in planning this year's festival.
