If I have a Disney Visa card, can I still get the discount from it as well as the discounts you receive if I’m an annual Disney ticket holder, say for the dining and merchandise purchases?

Hi Kimberly!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Dining and merchandise discounts are one of the many benefits that come with being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder.  The Disney Visa Card also entitles cardholders to discounts on dining and merchandise.  Unfortunately, the discounts can't be "stacked"; you may only use one or the other.  In most retail locations, the Annual Passholder discount is 20%, whereas the Disney Visa Card discount is 10% on purchases of $50 or more.  The list of dining locations offering a 10% discount is more comprehensive with the Annual Pass than the Disney Visa Card.  A unique benefit offered to Disney Visa Cardholders are the private Disney Visa Cardmember Character Greeting Experiences at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Be sure to also keep your eye on the Passholder Extras page.  Often there are limited-time special offers just for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders.

Kimberly, please stop by the Moms Panel again anytime with any other questions you may have as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  We are always happy to help.  Enjoy your visit!
