Are there any Disney value or moderate level resorts that have a balcony or patio off the rooms? Curious because we will have our 2 and 3 year old children with and after putting them to sleep at night it would be nice to have an area for my husband and I?

Hello Katie and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Your great question really jumped out at me because as a Mum of 4 I totally understand the need to relax when the little Mouseketeers are all tucked up like bugs-in-rug and sound asleep after enjoying a busy Disney day, plus morning coffee seems to taste oh-so much better when sitting on a Disney Resort hotel balcony!
Typically Disney Value Resorts and Disney Moderate Resorts don't benefit from a private balcony or patio area asides from The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort which offer Guests not only a private decked patio area with comfortable rustic style furniture so you can truly sit and unwind, but also an outdoor grill to cook some beef steaks on if you so wished!
My family and I adore staying in the peaceful surroundings of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort; this beautiful Resort really does feel like a world away from the razzamatazz of the Disney Theme Parks but actually is only a short water taxi ride away on the Walt Disney World Water Transportation to the enchantment of the Magic Kingdom Park
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your lovely families upcoming plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort please do pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
