Hi there, Sullivan, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're packing your suitcases for an exciting vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm so glad that you've found your way to planDisney - I'm thrilled to help you as you pick out your perfect park outfits.
Sullivan, you'll be happy to know that March weather in Orlando is usually delightful! A typical morning will be a bit chilly, and on a sunny afternoon, you might even be warm enough to sunbathe by the pool. The name of the game is layering. Whenever rain is in the forecast, bring a rain jacket or poncho. When I'm preparing for a rainy park day, I go for footwear that won't get waterlogged if I'm dodging puddles, so sandals with good arch support are my go-to choice. I've even seen Guests bring waterproof shoe covers for their tennis shoes (you can find these online). On a 75-degree day, you'll likely be cool in the shade and warm in the sun. You might want to wear sunscreen if you've spent the winter inside, like me.
If you bring items that you'd prefer not to carry around all day, consider
renting a locker. They can be found near the entrance to each theme park. It's a great place to store a light jacket or rain gear if you think you might need it at some point.
Happily, you can find apparel like sweatshirts and hats at many merchandise locations throughout the parks. We've even purchased socks at the park after realizing we didn't pack any! For a great variety of apparel and other Disney merchandise, head over to
Disney Springs, where you'll find
World of Disney. This aptly-named, sprawling store has the largest collection of Disney merchandise in the world! Another favorite store of mine is
UNIQLO, where you can find affordable basics for the whole family.
Sullivan, I hope this is helpful to you as you continue to count down to your arrival. Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See ya real soon!
