    We have our Disney Vacation planned for early September, just wondering if there is any word yet on when Planet Hollywood will reopen in Disney Springs?

    Hi Veronica,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited to see the new Planet Hollywood too. Great memories from my first visit while in my honeymoon. Planet Hollywood at  Disney Springs is temporarily closed while is under a re-do on their flagship restaurant into an observatory from the early 20th century.  The newly redesigned Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs will feature some of the rarest Hollywood and television memorabilia. Now, we’ll also be looking for bright stars in the heavens. The extraordinary architecture of the Observatory will transport you back in time. A live interactive DJ will also spin Top 40 and classic favorites every night. Plus, live entertainment will be featured on our outdoor Stargazers bar and patio overlooking the new Disney Springs Town Center. Unfortunately, we don't have an approximate date yet, but follow the restaurant Facebook and other social media. Follow Disney Parks Blog too to keep yourself updated from the latest Disney’s news. Hope that you will be able to see it and experience on your next trip.
