    Disney vacation package had Memory Maker purchased as seen in our e-mail, but it is not listed in the app. Using the confirmation number in the e-mail doesn't work. Can I verify we purchased it?

    The Disney PhotoPass Service is such a fantastic way to capture every magical moment during your upcoming vacation! If the purchase receipt you received shows that your Vacation Package purchase included Memory Maker, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. You'll simply want to stop by your Resort Front Desk or a Guest Relations location once you arrive if you have any concerns about things being set up properly.

    I can also understand that you might want to make sure everything is perfect before you even leave home. In that case, I suggest contacting a PhotoPass Cast Member to learn more and make sure you're all set from the moment you step foot in the magic!
