    when does disney usually offer the free dining plan promotion offer? i want to try and book our trip around that this year.

    Hi there, Chad!

    Unfortunately, there really are no rules as to when Free Dining or special promotions are offered.  My best suggestion is to direct you to the Special Offers section of the Walt Disney World website.  Free Dining is never guaranteed, so just keep checking back for any offers that might appeal to you.  Typically, if Free Dining is offered, you might see dates released in late spring for a late autumn timeframe.   Keep an eye out.  I wish you lots of pixie dust as you await some potential offers.
