    When does Disney typically release their specials for April? Just booked our 2nd trip (in 6 months!!) for April 16-23! What are crowds usually like? Thanks!!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

    April is a beautiful time of year to visit Walt Disney World in terms of the weather, but it will most likely be very crowded then.  Historically, spring break and the time period around Easter is one of the busiest times at Walt Disney World.  Generally, Walt Disney World is crowded whenever older children are out of school!

    With regards to specials and when they might be released, I recommend visiting the independent website MouseSavers.com.  There you will find a historical database of what discounts Disney has released in the past and when.  It's a great resource, but just keep in mind that just because Disney released a discount in the past, it doesn't mean Disney will do so again in the future!
