Hello and welcome to planDisney, Chrystal!
Thank you for visiting us today with an excellent question about
theme park tickets! Nothing makes us happier than helping fellow Guests as they dream of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
If you cannot view your theme park tickets in your Disney account anymore and have not used them, they have probably expired. If that is the case, do not worry! Although you cannot see your tickets because they have expired, they are still linked to your Disney account, and our friends at Ticketing can locate them. You are welcome to apply the value of wholly unused admission toward purchasing new park tickets for your future visit in November. Contact the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be glad to assist you. Remember that you may have to pay for additional charges if the tickets you wish to buy cost more than the original admission you have previously purchased.
planDisney tip: Before buying new tickets, be sure to check
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan visit dates accordingly, and make
Disney Park Pass reservations soon after linking your tickets to your Disney account.
I hope this information helps you while planning, Chrystal! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
