Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth! It sounds like you plan like me! I’m always checking out menus, asking friends about their experiences, and following my hungry tummy to new dining locations. If there’s one place I become a foodie, it’s Walt Disney World Resort!
While you will need reservations at any Table Service restaurant for a meal, there are a few establishments where you can walk right to the bar for a drink. There are also many lounges and bars around the properties and Parks that serve just this purpose. A few locations that most certainly offer a bar for a walk up drink include
Citricos, Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto,
The Wave, The River Roost,
Victoria Falls Lounge, and the many pool bars (with shaded, dry seating) at the Moderate and Value Resorts. My husband and I will often stop by these bars for a glass of wine or a signature cocktail on our way to the room.
At Disney Springs, you will find wonderful libations at Enzo’s Hideaway (though this new establishment is very popular and you may need a reservation),
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar (for Indiana Jones Fans), or the ever popular Raglan Road. If you’d like to share where you’ll spend some time looking for a glass, I can help point out my favorite haunts. I look forward to helping you plan! ~ Lindsey P.
