Hi there Christina, Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your excellent question. I'm thrilled to assist you! How exciting that you're planning a trip to
Walt Disney World Resort! You are sure to make awesome memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Every guest who wants to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) must have a video chat with the DAS team up to 30 days before their visit. For international guests, including those from Ireland, this video chat can only take place once you arrive in the United States. Once you're in the US, use
this link to register and speak with a Cast Member. Please note, the link will only work in the US.
At the parks, you are welcome to use your mobile device to join the video chat, but you can also connect from your Resort hotel room, which may provide a more private and quiet space. Additionally, you can visit any Guest Relations location in the parks for assistance with connecting to the video chat. You can do this on the first day of your visit to get everything organized.
When registering, it helps to plan ahead and be patient. It's also good to try during off-peak hours, like early mornings or late evenings.
I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Christina! Please feel free to
reach out to me directly with any specific questions you may have. I would love to help! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
Kay
