Can we have a Disney travel agent help us if we have already purchased our park tickets for a family of 4 for Oct 10th and 11th with a 3 day hotel stay at a good neighbor hotel.

Hiya, Brandon, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here in just a couple weeks… let the countdown begin! It sounds like you’re already handled two of the biggest steps in planning a Disneyland Resort vacation – booking your theme park tickets and park reservations, and booking your hotel, so congratulations on checking those off your to-do list!

I'd be happy to guide you through some next steps! First off, you may want to check the Entertainment Schedule for your vacation dates so you can see park hours and start mapping out your magical plans. Next, I'd recommend making dining reservations. These tend to book quickly, so you may need to continue checking the website in case new reservations open up as your trip gets closer. I highly recommend considering a Character Dining experience, too – these are a special way to see favorite Characters and enjoy some entertainment while you dine! My favorite option is Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park at Plaza Inn at Disneyland Park. Some of my other favorite spots include Carnation Café and Blue Bayou Restaurant in Disneyland Park, and Wine Country Trattoria and Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure Park

Next, you’ll want to decide if your family would like to make a reservation for any extra-special experiences, such as building a custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers, or undergoing a magical transformation at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the Disneyland Resort. My children have experienced both of these activities, and have loved every second of them!

Last but certainly not least, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app. This is the perfect tool to help you navigate your magical Disney days. If you don’t already have one, you’ll need to create a Disney account so that you can link your tickets to your app. Then, you can enter the parks by scanning your tickets from the convenience of your mobile device! You can also use the app to make dining reservations, check attraction wait times, find favorite Characters, mobile order food and drinks, and use the all-new Disney Genie+ service!

After all of this information, I’m sure you’ll have more questions, Brandon, and that’s why we’re here! So, please feel free to come back with more questions… we’re all EARs!

    Happy planning,
    Kristin

My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A.
