Does Disney transportation travel from the resort hotels to the car rental company on-property? If not, what are the options to pick up a car?

    Hi Rebecca,

Alamo Rent-a-Car and National Car Rental are both available onsite. You can get your rental car at the Disney Car Care Center which is located near the Magic Kingdom Park at the following current operating Hours:
    6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday
    6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday

There is a complimentary, convenient shuttle service which makes it easy with door-to-door service from most Disney Resorts to the Car Care Center. This service is available from select Walt Disney World Resort hotels and can be arranged by calling (407) 824-3470 ext. 1. Guests must schedule a pickup time prior and be waiting at the pickup location at the appointed time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact them to reschedule.

Upon check in, you can inquire at the Concierge or use any Walt Disney World Resort lobby phone to be connected to Alamo Rent-A-Car at the AAA Car Care Center

In addition, there is a car rental location at Disney's Swan & Dolphin Hotel.

Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation.

Please let me know if I can assist you further,
