Does Disney have transportation service from Orlando International airport to the Art of Animation Resort?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Lisa! It is a pleasure to answer your first question and help you plan a pixie-dusted visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Get ready to make pixie-dusted memories at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. My girls absolutely love this magical Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and they always have a great time exploring the beautiful grounds and areas themed after classic Disney and Pixar animation films like The Little Mermaid, Cars, Finding Nemo, and The Lion King.

Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can take advantage of several benefits, including complimentary transportation to and from the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. However, Guests must arrange their own transportation to travel between Orlando International Airport and their Disney Resort hotel. I have been using the services provided by Mears Connect, which offers airport transfers between the airport and resorts located in the Walt Disney World Resort area. Sunshine Flyer also provides airport transfers to Disney Resort hotels. For more information and reservations, you are welcome to visit their websites. Please note these services are not owned or operated by the Walt Disney World Resort.

You can also use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, private car services, taxis, and even rent a car. If you decide to rent a car, I suggest renting from one of the companies located at the Walt Disney World Resort so you can pick up or return your vehicle at the Car Care Center. They even offer a complimentary shuttle service to take you to your Disney Resort hotel or another destination inside the Walt Disney World Resort. Please note complimentary parking is available for Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel at their resort and the theme parks.

I hope this helps you while planning, Lisa. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon,
