Been to disney so many times lost count always value resort want bigger bed.thinking of PO- Riverside. Queen rooms not available. Would my 5 year old be comfortable on bunk size pull down bed? Rooms with 2 queens aren't available for the summer offer.

    Hi Marc!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm glad you stopped by!

The bunk-size pull down bed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside will be perfect for your 5-year old. My children usually argue over which one gets that bed, so they end up having to take turns sleeping in it! I think your little one will feel special having his or her own bed too. If for some reason you aren't able to book this resort, I would suggest looking at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The rooms there have been recently refurbished and also have queen size beds with the bunk-size pull down bed similar to Port Orleans - Riverside.

No matter how many times you've been to Walt Disney World Resort, a new resort hotel can make it feel like a completely different vacation. I hope you'll enjoy whichever resort you choose. If you have any other questions, just let us know!

    Wishing you a magical day,
