How can I get my Disney tickets mail to me? There was a mistake at checkout and now I am supposed to pick up at the park.

Hello, Iovana! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by to see us! I see that you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World in just one month. How exciting! You’ll be there during one of the most amazing celebrations – the 50th anniversary of the Disney Parks! This 18-month celebration is now in full swing, and you’ll be a part of it!

Disney Theme Park Tickets are your gateway to all the magic. In fact, even if they are not mailed to you, you can access the Tickets before your trip by using the confirmation number beneath the barcode, which should have been e-mailed to you upon purchase! Within your My Disney Experience account, you just need to navigate to “Add Tickets” and enter this number. Once you’ve linked the Tickets to each Guest, you can then make Park Pass Reservations for everyone, and the Tickets can be accessed via any linked MagicBands or Admission Cards, or even Disney Magic Mobile service! Therefore, you may not need to pick up Tickets after all! However, if you are unable to utilize any of these entry options, you can pick up your Admission Cards at any Guest Relations location. If the thought of doing so right before Theme Park entry is inconvenient, feel free to visit the Ticket Center at Disney Springs prior to your first Theme Park day! Disney Springs is also an amazing place for dining and shopping during any Disney vacation!

Iovana, I hope that this information helps you continue to explore all your options for your upcoming trip. Please know that planDisney is here for you every step of the way. Do not hesitate to come back and see us whenever we can lend a hand!

    Happy adventuring!
