    Hi My Disney tickets are linked to my account, do I need to pick up physical tickets before I book into Jambo house or is my purchase automatically linked to our wrist bands? If I do can I pick them up from guest services in downtown Disney?

    Hi Michael! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. When you purchase your theme park tickets online, you'll be able to link them to your My Disney Experience account right away and thus loaded on your MagicBands.  You'll also receive physical tickets usually mailed to you unless they're listed as Will Call.

    You can check-in to your resort and then pick up your tickets at Will Call located at any Guest Relations office at the theme parks or Downtown Disney.
