    Are Disney tickets exchangeable? Like to exchange them for another time?

    Hi, there!

     Welcome to planDisney, Jana. It sounds like you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

     I certainly understand that plans can change. To answer your question, Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. But not to fret! If you need to change the date of your visit, you should be able to apply the value of your wholly unused tickets toward the purchase of new tickets in the future. Just call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to discuss your options with you! You can also email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. 

     Once you have your Theme Park Tickets sorted out and you've settled on a new date to visit, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations. The sooner you book your Theme Park Reservations, the better availability you'll find!
