Hey there, hi there, Charlotte! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
It sounds like you have a wonderful family holiday on the horizon, Charlotte. How exciting! Before you know it, you'll be embarking on your magical adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth, so let's tie up your loose planning ends so you can sit back, relax and start your countdown to the family fun.
It sounds like you are the current manager of all the plans on your
My Disney Experience account. As the manager of the plans, you are the only one who can make plans for any minors whose plans you are managing, including your nieces and nephews. Therefore, you are the only one who can view and manage their tickets. For your sister to manage her children's tickets, you will have to give her permission to link to them on her
Family & Friends List and also manage their plans.
First, ensure you and your sister are linked via your Friends & Family Lists. Next, have your sister log into her My Disney Experience account, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab, click "My Family & Friends" and then the blue "Add a Guest" button. She should be able to see her children listed under "Guests You May Know," so she can simply click "Send Invite" next to their names to request that they link up on her Family & Friends List. You should receive an email where you can confirm that your sister can now see and manage plans for her kiddos.
If you and your sister have any issues linking up or seeing the tickets, I suggest
calling a helpful Cast Member or using the chat feature on the
Walt Disney World website. They will be able to wave their magic wands and assist you just like bibbidi ... bobbidi ... boo! Happy planning!
Charlotte, did you know that the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom during your visit?! With the beautiful gardens and topiaries as far as the eye can see, the fresh spring flavors of the food and awesome entertainment for all ages, you and your family are in for a practically perfect holiday!
I hope this was helpful, Charlotte, and I hope you and your family have an unforgettable holiday. Please feel free to stop by any time with any planning questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!
Chase the wind and touch the sky,
Mandy
