A warm welcome to you from all of us at planDisney, Nancy. Thanks for sharing your question with us. I'm so sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. I'm also sorry we weren't able to get to your question sooner, but I'm delighted to share some information with you now.
One of the things that I really appreciate about Disneyland Resort theme park tickets is the flexibility that is built into them. Even after your ticket has expired, not all is lost. For
wholly unused and expired tickets (excluding special event tickets), you can apply the amount paid for your ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket at the current price, as long as the new ticket purchase price is greater than or equal to the amount paid for the original ticket. This means, there's no need to stress or worry. All you need to do is focus on getting better. Once you are feeling well, you can reschedule your magical visit. When you are ready, you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line for assistance.
There are so many wonderful things in store for 2024 at the Disneyland Resort. Did you see the
event calendar that was just posted on Disney Parks Blog? This is so helpful for planning my visits in 2024. I'm especially excited for the return of Pixar Fest in late April. And if you didn't happen to catch it,
"Magic Happens" Parade will be returning on February 2nd. Best news ever!
Nancy, I hope this helps give you some peace of mind and a plan for your ticket that recently expired. Let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Here's hoping you're feeling better and on your way to reschedule your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
