The My Disney Experience mobile app will be a valuable planning tool that you will use during your trip to enhance the magic you will enjoy during your visit. It has recently been upgraded with the addition of the
Disney Genie service. It can be a little overwhelming to find all of your plans and reservations.
First of all, make sure your smartphone device is running its most updated operating system. Next, check to make sure you have the updated version of the
My Disney Experience mobile app in the App Store or Google Play store. Update your app to the newest version if necessary.
If you do not see your reservations just below “My plans” on the home screen, you can also see them in your menu options. Simply tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. You will bring up the options menu. Tap the “Future Plans” button and you will see all of your
Theme Park Pass reservations. Other buttons will give you access to your Tickets and Passes, allow you to place Mobile Food Orders, view your
PhotoPass Photos, get standby wait times from your Tip Board, use the new Disney Genie service, and so much more. If you need to make a new Theme Park Pass Reservations, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the page and select “Make a Park Reservation.” This is helpful if you need to add or modify a current reservation. You can upgrade your tickets with the
Genie+ and Lightning Lane Entrance service for a small fee per Guest per day. Genie+ will allow you to plan the perfect Disney day with all the cosmic power right in the palm of your hand!
