    Do the Disney tents have an ac access?

    Hi Lorie! The Fort Wilderness Resort is a great way to experience the magic of Walt Disney World in just a different way. There are so many different things to see and do in this resort.

    Using a tent is one way to have this great experience although during the summer you are going to feel the heat. Camping in the summer in any location is difficult as you need to not only think about your comfort but also about keeping foods safe during your stay.

    Disney does rent tents when available but for the most part they will always be available. But these are simple tents and nothing fancy. You cannot alter the tent since it is not your own and although I am a tent camper from the past I do not believe they can be hooked up with an air conditioner. You will have access to electricity on your site and many guests will bring tents to at least circulate the air.

    The tent loops have wonderful comfort stations that also include ice machines so it is not difficult to get ice for your foods and other needs. There is also a Trading Post for general food items and camping needs. Hope you have a great experience while at Walt Disney World's Fort Wilderness!
