    We will b e in Disney starting on April 15, I have been trying to book dining reservations but cannot book the last couple days of our vacation, why?

    Disney dining is one of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. From Tonga Toast at Kona Café at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to Filet Mignon at EPCOT's Le Cellier, Disney's table service dining experiences leave my taste buds satisfied and my family recentered for our next in-park adventure. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your travel dates when trying to book advanced dining reservations. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot.

    Advanced dining reservations can be made online 60 days in advance beginning at 6:00 a.m. Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels can make their reservations for the duration of their stay, up to 10 days. If you have a Disney Resort hotel reservation but are not currently able to book dining for your entire resort stay, make sure your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you're planning a split stay at two different resorts, the 60-day rule applies to each reservation separately, not combined.  

    If you are staying off Disney property, your vacation dates open for dining reservations one day at a time, as each travel date reaches the 60-day mark. If I'm staying off property and am 55 days out from my arrival date, for example, I will currently only be able to book dining for the first five days of my vacation.

    On the tech side of things, I prefer to make advanced dining reservations online as opposed to in the My Disney Experience mobile app. When using the My Disney Experience app, I sometimes have to restart the app to view the desired information. If problems persist, I've even had to uninstall and reinstall the app, which seems to solve the problem.

    I hope you're able to unlock the magic of Disney dining reservations soon, Diane. Many restaurants are featuring special menu items for The World's Most Magical Celebration, including the decadent 50th Anniversary Celebration Menu at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's magically delicious!
