    When will Disney start booking their new Art of Animation resorts?

    Hi Kerrey! How wonderful to see you are thinking ahead to your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I'll be happy to provide you with the latest information regarding Disney's Art of Animation Resort. This new resort, in the Disney Value Resort category, will be located near Disney's Hollywood Studios and is slated to open up in phases throughout 2012. The first phase is expected to be completed in summer of 2012. The second phase is scheduled to be completed by winter of 2012. We do not have reservation information for Disney's Art of Animation Resort at this time, and booking for 2012 has not yet been announced. If we follow general historical trends, 2012 Rates and Packages will likely be announced sometime in August of 2011. However, I would strongly encourage you to check Disney's website here for more information. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.
