    where, in Disney Springs, can I upgrade hopper-passes to include the water-parks?

    Hi, Al!

    Upgrading your park hopper passes to the Water Park and More option can be completed by visiting Guest Relations at the Disney Springs Welcome Center. 

    Guest Relations at the Welcome Center can be found near the newly construction Town Center near Zara, Anthropologie, D-Luxe Burger, and Melissa Shoes!

    A Cast Member on site will be more than happy to assist with this transaction, along with answering any other Disney vacation questions that you may have.
