Hello, I should be in Disney as we speak but there was a death in my family and we are unable to go. We were staying at art of animation and had magic band. My question is can we still use are park tickets at a later date?

    Hi Ashley!

Please let me say that I am so sorry for your loss.

I wanted to make a few calls to double check the information. The theme park tickets would not be valid separate from your original reservation. The Cast Member I spoke with explained that if you change your dates, the tickets and your package would then be valid for any new dates reserved.  There is also an option to cancel the reservation and get all eligible monies refunded provided you are within the dates of cancellation. I would suggest contacting Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407)939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member about your circumstances.

Please let us know if you are in need of additional assistance.
