There are several options for the ordering and delivery of cakes to table-service restaurants, and
Be Our Guest Restaurant is on the list of locations that will accept delivery. Although the lunch is a Quick-Service menu, table reservations are required here, so I would think it is likely that you could order a cake for this time, however when you call (407) 939 3463 to make your dining reservation you can add the cake to your reservation, if they will permit delivery during the lunch service. You can also stop by the Concierge desk at your Disney Resort hotel to make enquiries about cake deliveries. There is also an option to have a birthday cake delivered to your hotel room.
There are many other ways to enhance your birthday celebrations - pick up your birthday button at the Front Desk of your hotel, or at any Guest Relations at the theme parks.
