Welcome to planDisney, Marie!
Thank you for sending us your fantastic question about
visiting Walt Disney World Resort with outside food and drinks.
Marie, you will be thrilled to know that Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverage items into the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks for self-consumption! In fact, I do this often while traveling with my two hungry Mouseketeers. Carrying our own snacks and drinks helps prevent meltdowns and dehydration between meals!
There are a few rules you must follow if you want to bring outside food and drinks into the theme parks:
-- Food and drinks must not be in glass containers.
-- Food and drinks must not require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or temperature control.
-- Food and drinks must not have pungent odors.
We love packing items such as squeezable applesauce packets, water, trail mix, chips, and other easy to carry snacks and drinks when visiting the theme parks!
I encourage you to
review a full list of Walt Disney World Resort rules and regulations before you visit the Most Magical Place on Earth, Marie! I also recommend
learning more about the many exciting updates you will experience during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any additional questions, please visit us again. We are always hEAR to help you!
