Hello, Cheryl! It’s so lovely to see you back at planDisney!
I just sailed on a Disney cruise out of Port Everglades last week, and it was so lovely! It was my first time sailing out of Port Everglades, and I was blown away by the size of the port, as well as the organization of it all! I loved my experience so much that I just reserved another sailing out of Port Everglades a few days ago! I would be happy to answer your question regarding Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to and from Port Everglades.
I used
Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to arrive at
Port Everglades from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. When I reserved the Ground Transportation, I had the option to reserve either one-way to or from the airport, or a round-trip reservation back and forth from the airport. So, yes, you are able to reserve Ground Transportation for one-way back to the airport on your debarkation day.
To make the Ground Transportation reservation, you can
call Disney Cruise Line, and a Cast Member will be happy to make the reservation for you over the phone. You can also make the reservation on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App under “Next Steps” and then “Ground Transportation” or the Disney Cruise Line website under “Ground Transportation”. If you used a travel agent to reserve your cruise, they will have to make the Ground Transportation reservation for you.
The great thing is that the airport is a very short drive from the port, so you’ll be back there in no time on debarkation day. Plus, Disney Cruise Line does an excellent job of organizing the entire process, including at the port, so it’s very easy to know where to go once you arrive.
Cheryl, I hope that I clarified how to make a Ground Transportation reservation back to the airport. I wish you the most wonderful memories on board your cruise! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
