I love that you want to visit the Droid Depot and Savi's Workshop! My family has enjoyed both of these, so I know you're in for a great time. As Jedi Master Yoda would say, "Answer you we must." Aislinn, I spent some time this morning chatting with a wonderful Cast Member about your question. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World cannot ship droids or lightsabers internationally to Australia due to customs restrictions. However, you are here saying, "Help me, planDisney; you're my only hope," so I'm here with a few suggestions.
You could carry your items onto the plane as carry-ons using a protective case, or you could use a third-party service like UPS or FedEx. I'm not sure where you are staying, but I see that there are several locations near Walt Disney World.
I also attempted to check if I could come up with an approximate cost of shipping, but because they are a third-party company and I don't have an exact parcel code for a destination, I'm not able to find that information.
I know this probably wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but it sounds like you'll still be able to ship your new droid friends and lightsabers home with a few extra steps.
