    We have been to Disney several times, but never purchased the Dining Plan. If we are getting the "Standard" Disney Dining plans, do we have to eat at "Table Service" Restaurants to use those credist or can they be used for Counter Serv

    Hi Staci! You're in for a special treat as you experience the Disney Dining Plan for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort.

    We love sampling the wide assortment of restaurant options covered by the plan without worrying about the cost...it's all covered! You're still responsible for gratuity, but it's so liberating to splurge at some of the most popular Walt Disney World Resort restaurants.

    With the Disney Dining Plan, you'll have entitlements for 1 snack, 1 quick service meal and 1 table service or seated dining meal each day per person plus a resort-refillable mug. 

    The dining plan covers the duration of your stay for all the members of your travel party, so even on your last day you'll be covered up until midnight. Each time you stop at a quick service or table service restaurant for a meal, you'll use an entitlement for the meal. You can use your Table Service credit at a Quick Service restaurant, but you cannot do the reverse.

    If you're thinking about adding a dining plan it must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date.
