We have been to Disney several times in the past but are planning a surprise trip for our boys 9 and 12 in November. I have been trying to think of creative ways to tell them we're going at the last minute. Any great ideas? they do have lanyards and pins

    Hi Michelle!

My favorite way is a scavenger hunt.  Make a map that leads them around the house to find 'clues'--your boys are old enough to be able to complete it on their own--you can even hid their lanyards and pins, suitcases, airplane tickets, and other travel goodies around the house and have them piece together the clues--so much fun to see when the light bulb goes off!!

    Have a magical vacation!
