    Hello. I have been to Disney several times, but I have never gone to the water parks. I am going at the end of June with my 10 year old daughter and my 72 year old mom. Would Typhoon Lagoon be the best one to visit due to the age differences?

    The moms panelists were recently polled on which of the two water parks was our favorite, and Typhoon Lagoon pulled out ahead as the winner.  The nice thing about Typhoon Lagoon compared to Blizzard Beach is that Typhoon Lagoon offers a more tropical ambiance and shaded area to relax.  If your seventy-two year-old mother would appreciate more time in the shade then I think you're on the right track with planning to visit Typhoon Lagoon.  Your daughter will probably be a big fan of the wave pool there, and your mom might enjoy wading in the shallow end, watching her granddaughter catch some gnarly waves!  Hang ten!
