I am going to Disney in September. My concern is what water I am going to use to make the bottles. Do you use tap or buy a bottle of water? I know they have places that deliver groceries, but it is very expensive to get baby water. Any advice?

    Hi Amelia!

Traveling With Little Ones to Walt Disney World is such a great experience for the parents as well as the children.  Some of my most cherished photographs are of my children in Walt Disney World when they were very small.

I have found two simple ways for obtaining water for mixing formula in Walt Disney World.  First, there is the tap option.  I like to bring a large Reusable bottle of water along with me to the parks each day to use for making bottles.  Ice water (or just water) in a cup is free at all of the counter service and food carts in Walt Disney World.

Another option is to use bottled water.  If you purchase each bottle individually the costs can add up.  If you have the Disney Dining Plan, you may use a snack credit for a bottle of water which can lessen your out of pocket costs.  However one of my favorite things to do is to purchase items for delivery to my Resort hotel ahead of time from Walmart.com.  If you order over $50, usually you receive free shipping.  I like to order water, nonperishable snacks, sunscreen, diapers, and baby wipes.  You will choose delivery to your Resort hotel's address.  You should list your name c/o the Disney Resort hotel's front desk and your arrival date.  Place your order about 10 days prior to your trip to ensure it will arrive in time.  I love being able to ship bulky baby items to our Resort hotel instead of having to pack it all.

I hope this information is helpful to you Amelia!  If you have any other questions, be sure to come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and ask them here.  We love to help other families plan their MAGICAL vacations.

    Blessings,
