Hi Ashley,
I've been in the same situation in the past. We decided to do an extended weekend at Disney and didn't hit the road (we drove) until later in the evening. We arrived a little after midnight to check-in to our Disney Resort. I simply called Disney's reservations and had them notate my reservation with this information and was told that it would be fine. Long story short - we had no problem at all. Just notate your reservation with the time you plan to arrive. I hope you have a pixie dust filled vacation! Have a magical day!
