Hi, we will be in Disney in Sept 2012. 2 adults and 4 children. We have reservations for The Spirit of Aloha dinner show. We are using the Disney dining plan to pay for it. They said that will put us in category 3 seating. Is there anyway to upgrade ?

    Hello Patrick!

Your family is going to have an awesome time at The Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show!  Make sure you come VERY HUNGRY!  The food is incredible!

I just spoke with a VERY helpful Cast Member, and she said if you are using the Disney Dining Plan to book this dinner show, then you are only allowed to book a reservation in either a Category 2 or Category 3 seating area.  Since you have reservations in a Category 3 seating area, I would assume that is because the Category 2 seating is completely full.  My recommendation is to call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE and ask them if there is any Category 2 seating available.  It can't hurt to ask!

If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
