    when will Disney send me info on my paid trip

    Thank you so much for stopping by again to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    I'm not sure from your question exactly what information you would like to receive from Walt Disney World Resort. Have you had a chance to download My Disney Experience to your mobile devices? You can set up an account and ensure that all of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations, Advanced Dining Reservations, and FastPass+ selections are there. If you don't have a mobile device, you can also log on to the site from a computer. 

    My Disney Experience is a great place to find all of the magical details of your upcoming trip! If there's anything that doesn't appear there, you can use the reservation numbers to link the reservations. If you are still having trouble with this, please give a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1 (407) W-DISNEY and they will assist you to locate and double check all of your plans.
