Disney is constantly evaluating, adding, deleting, changing, updating, re-evaluating and exploring new and improved ways to market
Walt Disney World Resort, the
theme parks, attractions, entertainment offerings and everything else under the sun to improve the guest experience. Sending out random pin codes and randomly including "Bounce Back" offers in select resort guests' rooms were exactly that...random. It has been a long time since I have heard conversations about the pin codes, but that does not mean that they no longer exist. I would put it under the tag line of "constantly evaluating the guest experience" and "all offers subject to change without notice." As a result, ANYTHING that may come to you via U.S mail, or even email, will be an awesome surprise.
