Hey there, hi there, ho there, Monica!
You’re as welcome as can be to planDisney! Your question about the Mickey Mouse Conductor Ears caught my attention because they are so classic! I haven't seen them around as much lately, but I can definitely picture that spiffy navy blue cap. As a
Magic Key holder, I'm lucky enough to visit the parks pretty often, but unfortunately, this is one of the weeks where I'm blocked out, so I can't go in and confirm whether or not they're still being sold.
I remember seeing the Mickey conductor ears at
Oswald’s in the
Disney California Adventure Park, but now that you mention it, they do seem to be a bit less common. So, I did the next best thing and called the
Merchandise Guest Services line and spoke with a really friendly cast member. Unfortunately, they weren't able to find any current inventory for the conductor ears.
To double-check, I even asked some of my panelist friends who I met up with at the parks earlier this month, and they also haven't spotted the Mickey conductor ears in a while. But, one of them reminded me that
EngineEar Souvenirs in the new
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway attraction has some cool train engineer caps (without ears), if you're interested. Although, I know this isn't exactly what you were looking for.
Hopefully, those conductor ears will make a comeback soon!
It was a pleasure to assist you in your quest for the perfect Disney merchandise, Monica! As Ursula would say, “That’s what I do. It’s what I
live for!” So if you have any other questions or if there’s something else you're curious about for your next visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, don't hesitate to
come back and give me a holler!
Ta ta for now,
Danielle
