Disney says my resort reservation is canceled, but I didn't cancel it. What do I do now? We have reservations for family and friends that we are traveling with, but our room is missing.

Hi there, Doreen! Welcome to planDisney!

I see that you're planning to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth this summer! Ka-Chow! Florida summers can really bring the heat, so I like to suggest that summer Guests check out the water parks! Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is currently open and giving Guests the chance to splash and cool down. I find that a visit to the water park can be a great option mid-way through your vacation, as it allows you to enjoy the Disney magic at a more leisurely pace. Or, if you don't want to miss any open hours in the theme parks, you can check out the H2O Glow After Hours Event offered at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon on select days this summer.

Doreen, I am sorry that you're having technical difficulties with your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation. Since this issue is very specific to your individual trip, the best course of action here is to reach out to our most valuable and most magical allies, the Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort! You can contact them directly by calling the number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. You will want to have your original confirmation number handy, as well as the dates of your visit and last name on your reservation.

I'll keep wishing upon a star that you're able to resolve this little issue and be on your way to enjoying the vacation of your dreams!

    Have a magical day,

    Ashley
