Hello! We are at Disney right now and are trying to figure out a way to see how much we have spent so far through our magic bands. We can see some charges but not all in our bank account. Just wondering if there is an easy way to see all of the charges?

Hey there, Brian. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. How fun to be enjoying all that Walt Disney World has to offer right now! I know you are having a great time.

Brian, I am so glad you reached out about seeing your MagicBand charges that you are accruing over your current stay. I always like to stay on top of my budget too and I think you'll be happy to know there is a very easy way to see your spending. First, be sure to have the MyDisneyExperience app downloaded to your phone. Next, open the app and log in. On the app, at the bottom of your screen, you'll see three horizontal bars. Click that icon and you'll be directed to a menu of several options.  Select the "My Plans" option from the list. Once there, you can click on your resort reservation and there should be an option to view your charges. All of your shopping and dining charges will be itemized out for you. If, for some reason, that isn't working, you can head to the front desk of your resort and a Cast Member will be happy to print out a list of all the charges. At the end of your stay, you'll also be emailed a copy of your charges for your records.

Since you are at Walt Disney World right now, I do hope you have plans to visit the Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts which began just a few days ago. This festival is one of my favorite events at Epcot and even though it's newer to the lineup, I look forward to it each year now.  I love how immersive this festival is with Guests like you and me. It's always exciting to participate in the large paint-by-numbers mural and I enjoy checking back to see its progress throughout the day. You can also try your hand at sketching a beloved Disney character at the Animation Academy located in the American Gardens Theatre this year. It's fun to take some pictures at all of the unique photo spots set up all around the park too.  On top of all the fun activities you can participate in, who could forget about all of the amazing food booths? When you arrive at Epcot, I suggest picking up a festival passport at the entrance. This guide will give you a breakdown of what's going on and when and where you can find some amazing treats to enjoy.

Brian, I hope this was helpful and you were able to locate your charges with ease. Please do enjoy the rest of your vacation. I hope it's the most magical trip ever!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
