How do I get my Disney reward dollars on a redemption card?

Hi Corrine and welcome to planDisney!

I just love my Disney Rewards Visa Card by Chase!  It's fun to accrue Disney Rewards Dollars and then use them on Walt Disney World vacations.  They are accepted almost everywhere at the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and select locations at Disney Springs.

It's easy to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars.  If it's your first time, you will need to order a new Redemption Card and load it if you have at least 20 Rewards Dollars available.  Please be aware that it takes 5-8 business days to arrive at your home.  I see that you are arriving at Walt Disney World next week, so mailing a new card to your home probably won't get there in time.  You can pick up a new Redemption Card at any Guest Services at the theme parks or Disney Springs and then follow the steps in the envelope they give you to load it instantly.  I have done this in the past and it was a really easy and quick process.  If you already have a Redemption Card, you can transfer your Reward Dollars from your online Chase account.  You must have at least 10 Rewards Dollars to transfer to an existing Redemption Card.  If you have any trouble with loading your card, you can contact customer service over the phone by calling 1-800-300-8575 so they can access your account and help you through the process.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
