Which Disney resorts that are open right now have kitchenettes or kitchens in them at the value level

    Hello, Kayla,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. While Walt Disney World has a large selection of resorts to meet guests' budgets, needs, and preferences, not all of them are currently open at this time.  You may find it helpful to take a look at information about Disney Resort Hotels:  Know Before You Go to read about updates to Disney Resorts during this time.

The only value resort open now is Disney's Pop Century Resort; however, it does not have kitchenettes or kitchens in their rooms. On October 14, 2020, Disney's Art of Animation Resort is scheduled to open.  It has family suites in them that offer guests a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, a living room with furniture that converts to sleepers, and 1 bedroom.  The family suites can accommodate up to 6 guests.  The theming at the resort is incredible as it recreates scenes from popular Disney animation like The Lion King, Finding Nemo, Cars, and The Little Mermaid.  To make the resort even more fun, guests have access to the Disney Skyliner so they can "fly" over Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT

You may also want to take a peek at the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, which are currently open, since they have kitchens. These are from the moderate resort category and are actual individual cabins for guests.  Along with a kitchen, there is a living room, bathroom, and a bedroom. You may not feel like you are in Florida when staying here!

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
